Very interesting choice of colors. I'm missing an additional color, perhaps something to compliment the reds. The composition works.

Nice composition and love the highlights on the leaves. If it were mine I would try to brighten the deer a bit. It looks like she was in shadow... which leaves her dark, flat, and lacking color. Solution, brighten her up a bit, add a tad of contrast, and boost the saturation on her. If you shot this image in RAW you could try combining two exposures - one for highlights, and one for highlights.
