You could do with investing in a new camera if you say thats the reason for poor quality in your photos.
Can't think of a lot to say, its not a particularly 'arty' shot. |

Agree with Steve. Start saving, you can get a Nikon D50 pretty cheap now.
I like the composition of the shot but I am also missing some interesting lighting that is usually located at concerts. Also try experimenting with slow sync flash.
