looks good, tho the skull and the wings are are kinda’ different style, the skull more 3d like and the wings more lineart-like….
but overall it makes quite a good logo

yeah i agree with whats been said in relation to the wings/skull contrast and their relative placements. not so sure about the text really, maybe lose it altogether ? but thats just my opinion. maybe brightening it a little or using some careful layer styles to give it some more depth would help.

Very nice. I’d play with the colors around this so it would fit together more and perhaps bend the text slightly upward.
