I like where you're going with the eyes and eye lashes... Although I would have used a slightly different blend on the skin (I'd probably blend up rather than down... but that's me ;) )

The Sumi effect around the head is interesting... Did you think of making it a more volatile color and then blending into the face? That would be cool ;)

Thanx SmallTwig. The chick is melting man. If you look carefully she's almost gone. Poor thing needed some 'shade', so a mask is the way to go; even if its melting too.
