Like the background. But the swimsuit? doesnt look anough 3D - it looks 2D. The same thing with that on her head... You should add some shadows... cheers

Definetely needs full-body shadows to fit in the background. And perharps some more on the clothing.
Nice bg effect.

It might be nothing but the way her supporting hand is cut off from the picture or croped out bothers me just a bit. If in the original image her hand is cut off you had no choice but you could take some one else`s hand from an other picture and blend it in.
Her bottom knee is also a bit to close to the bottom border but thats easy to fix. Good job man keep it up like the picture and umm like the girl also ;) |

It does the trick if you don't look at it for too long. Maybe after 5 or 6 seconds the viewer would start noticing that the dress is a created visual effect.
