Oukey here's my finished result of an image i posted previously hope you like it!!!
And since i was very fascinated by macdon401's pipes i tried to improvise and i think i kinda did it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_biggrin

image just seems a little to blured, expecially the skin pulling, an i think the pipes look really good but they seem to stand out to much compared the the rest of the photos low contrast.

It reminds me of the that really famous picture of Dali with his moustache pointing up. I like the contrast in values between the pipes and the eye because I think it adds distance.

if what you are manipulation is blurred, you your self, have to blur your tools. The holes or splatters on the eye are in perfect focus, but the eye itself is not, giving it a cartoony feel. Blur it all if you can't find a better quality image.

...not bad Justin...consider flatteng/merging all of your layers, adjust the Brightness Contrast and throw a G-Blur on it to bring it all together...

Definetely blur it a bit, but it's a major improvement over the first one. Try adjusting the contrast of the bottom spikes to match the eye more.
