Done quite a while ago, inspired by the 'net' in the HEX and the watching eye of the doctor....done in paintshop pro 9 and a bryce image provided by a friend.

Personally I'm missing some dominating colors and a dominating 3d character/object in the image. Either way good job, but could be vastly improved.
