Wow, you can actually feel his pain, his agony, his rage, just by the way the colors are mixed and added to this face. The colors do really combine to make such dreadfull face. Exellent.

NICE!! i like the texture, but i'm not sure if it's looking at me or it's eyes are closed, maybe you can put eyes on them and make them look murdurous eyes... (just a thought)

ooouuwchh! He's in pain.... It really wake's an emotion..so that's cool. I like the texture too. but maybe...just above his right eyebrow there's a shadow , but i don't know where it's coming from...can you tell me that?

I think you should've used a harder brush on the dissapearing top of the head - in his case it looks too much like the brushwork done with the photoshop default brush and therefore not as realistic as it might have been.

For Silverback: The photo was shadowed that way when I took it. I am glad that the image awakes an emotion. I will work on the technicalities. |

I desaturated the face and have put the texture layer on top of it and I blend until I got what I wanted and some hue and saturation adjustments. Regarding the face I played with brightness and contrast and some curves maybe.
