I'm missing the sky here... although the reflexion is very beautiful, but the focus on the pier just dosen't work well (at least for me) and I'd boost the colors a bit, so that the green in the back would be noticeable.
Overall a good shot!! Keep it up!

I agree, the focus is a bit strange, maybe if ou wanted to do that kind of angle you should have walked a little farther onto the pier, that way, your focus object wouldn't be so far away from the actual area of focus. Just an idea. :]
