Nicely done! In this one, as it looks much more realistic, you should greatly increase the size of the Kelly clamps...

...Justin... I see you like doing these things... as jgM has pointed out, the clamps are waaaay too small...and as I say to everyone on this site...CONTRAST or your image will look FLAT...and with all that light I think you would see a reflection in the eye!!!
...consider using more layers to your work to give it some depth... otherwise you have succeded in making the eyeball look like it's popping out of the socket, just remember shadows...and contrast a bit more! I may post a thing later tonight with some eye tugging as well...LOL!

yeah, i'm thinking there might be a bit of blood.
the lid looks a bit filter-y with liquifiy or something of that sort.
good idea though.

I hade a really brain block here at some point it look really cool no too overdone or something and for a day or 2 i couldn get any good idea to improve it! lol - um the bottom shadow i'm pretty sure is wrong. - and i'de make it a lot dark to make up for some imperfetions, perhaps add some grain or incrase sharpness to fix it up, and add an over all layer effect omake it seem like everything is one pic
