Great manipulation (photo too)
 you need to fix the nose en the upper eye. Hm is this a photo or ware the eyes and nose put on in photoshop? Anyway good work with burn and doge tool, or are the highlight made with brushes? Ether way great work! Ou yeah about the nose it dosen't look like it should (upper part of the nose) and the eye should be a bit under the nose not the other way around  Again good work!

Very interesting, like the addition of the dream glow effect. Maybe some deformation to the eyelid that's in the background? Just an observation.
