Lovely work. Probably the thing you need to start working on at this point is the proportions of human figures. When drawing non-human forms the lack of knowledge of this doesnt show as much, but here it's failry apparent.

Some good books to start on are Andrew Loomis books which you can acquire on saveloomis.org ... and are free.

@Vividcat: Well... Of course not (I don't feel chauvinistic myself, to begin with)... Yet, here in Lain America, male chauvinism is a lot more common than you think...
