I was wondering if anyone here plays Counter Strike Source? I love the game and am highly addicted. If you do let me know and I will add you on MSN (if you have MSN) and start playing together. I would like some real competition (mwahahha)

I played Counter Strike: 1.6 Condition Zero, lol and I enjoyed it. I really want to get CS: Source but I don't know if my computer is capable for it and if it may be a bad investment.

I remember a year ago, I used to go to a gaming place in town and we would pay by the hour and we would sit there all day and all night spending our money to play that game on a LAN server. It was the best!

I play when Im over at a friends house but thats it...for shooting/action Im more of an AA guy(Americas Army)

yea call of duty 2 ....excellent
i got an expansion pack united offensive ,,,but got stuck late on in the game in the centre of a cities train station.......so then i got stuck an went off the game onto a fifa footy game .. i might give cod3 a bash [if i can download it free somewhere ],,,haha |

I used to play CS, a long time ago...I thought World of Warcraft was the 'in' thing now. There seem to be millions of players fighting over who knows what? never did get around to playing Warcraft....

I'm playing 1.6 and only 1.6
Never bought source or condition zero.. i don't really like them. I used to be top5 belgium in 2on2/5on5 clanbase, number 1 belgium 2on2 proleague lol  I quit playing for real tho.. only into funmaps now when i have time. I'm currently busy creating my own maps for cs 1.6 -So if anyone has any idea's for a map, you're always welcome to pm me ;) Only for cs 1.6 , I don't map for css;cscz;hl2 |

1.6? Does anyone still play 1.6? And does steam support 1.6? I used to play CS 1.6 online, a long time ago. But that was before steam. Spent a lot of nights, like until 4am. Bet I could kick your Belgian butt in CS, with one hand tied behind my back.

uhm.. you must be talking about the older version 1.5 (before steam)
cs 1.6 runs on steam... and yes, it's the most played counter-strike version at the moment, source comes in second. And guess again if u could kick my butt in it ;) If you have 1.6 version i'd be happy to take u on any time mate

My bad. Yes, that was 1.5. 1.6 was the first one with steam. And I don't have 1.6. In fact, right now I don't have a valid steam account. But if I did, you would be running from my sniper. I used to knock out people using a sniper wihout the scope. ;)

I can't stand CS:S. I love playing CS 1.6, but I don't have internet anymore.
 So, I can't do any pugging like I used to all the time.

I use to play CS:S and 1.6 quite regularly and still have friends that play under the clan tag /nA/. But alas, I have gone to bigger and better things. It is called BF2 and BF 2142. Game on!

hehehe, ftdale... killing people without using the scopes isn't that spectacular nowadays...
If you wanna do something nice these days you should kill 2 people with unzoomed sniper and the other 3 with a headshot from your pistol... and still lol, some people just got way too good at the game ^^ caused them earning alotta moneh! |
