I wasn't sure if it was metallic or something else, but I need it to look like a proper shiny gold, reflective ink.

Try Pantone 872C Varnished for the gold or Pantone 877C varnished for silver.

To get that swatch, go to the "Windows" menu at the top, choose the "Swatch Libraries" option, and click on "Metals". Note though that to achieve the shiny gold look you would need to add special effects to an object using Adobe Photoshop. By doing this you are creating an optical illusion that makes it appear shiny.
