Would it be next to the color of Gray-Brown or Red-Brown or Red-Violet or anywhere else on a color-wheel/color-chart? Answers from Artists & Scientists & Anyone Else are all welcome. Also- I know that our country is very sensitive to the issue of skin-tone/color. I do not mean to offend anyone. My question here is genuinely regarding the colors of art, the rainbow and/or the color spectrum. Thank You to All for your help & advice.

Violet (purple) is between blue and red on the color wheel. So Brown-Violet is going to go between Brown-Blue and Brown-Red. You could look for a low-chroma color wheel, if you wanted to see all the relationships.

Violet is between red and blue. Brown violet would be a version of violet but tinted, or cooled down

That would be a desaturated warm purple. Most colour charts don't show saturation levels, but you would start from somewhere between red/magneta and violet- closer to magenta- and add some of the colour exactly opposite on the wheel to make it browner.

Did you know that brown-violet is also known as puce, the colour of a squashed flea? It was a popular colour for women's dresses in the 19th century.

You need a colour sphere not a wheel. See the colour theories of the Swiss painter Johannes Itten.
