You find it used in a lot of books and published documents that want to give off a "classic" feel to it without resorting to using a generic typeface such as Times Roman. You find it used a lot in reprints of older books such as the Bible.
Zuzana Licko of Emigre redesigned Baskerville in a new typeset called Mrs.Eaves, and quite a few designers and publishers utilize this typeface over Baskerville because it has more ligatures and options than the original Baskerville, so you may also try to look out for works that features Mrs.Eaves.
