I doubt there are any tutorials but you should be able to pull it off pretty easily. I'd probably threshhold it or do something similar... cut masks {selections} for the colors and fill them in. Once you've got one copy you could flip the colors all over the place with any of the color filters or tools {even invert them} or just fill them in however you like.

you can even simply do it on the "paint" program and choose invert colors
