I've seen this figure several times in quick passing, but never have known who or what she represents. Maybe a saint? She has long, dark hair and she's looking upward and reaching toward the sky. She's surrounded by flames.

Anybody recognize her?
Most recently I saw the figure on an episode of "Saving Grace." The artwork was painted on one of those bamboo door beads and her arms were stretched up and it looked like chains were on her wrist.

The figure is called "guadalupe". She is the roman catholic representation of the Virgin Mary.

Actually, I just googled "guadalupe" and the figure doesn't have arms reaching up. Can you give more details?

I can't remember the name, something like "the d***ed soul", but it has to do with a Voodoo or Santeria deity.

The first thing that came to my mind is: Joan of Arc.
I may be wrong but here is a link to a drawings/paintings of her: Tied/chained to a stake and burning, with up-stretched hands.

It's an image of a saint used on traditional "Loteria" cards - a bingo-like game played in Mexico. I know exactly what you're talking about but am having a hard time finding an image. I'll get back to you if I find one.
