It's on a lot of greeting cards that you buy, and it's like paper but see-through and somewhat frosted. It's used on fancier cards more I think. Can anyone tell me what this is called?

I believe it's called tissue paper, the kind you wrap presents and such with, not the kind you wipe your nose with.

vellum, you can buy it in 12 x 12 sheets at a craft store like Micheals, A.C. Moore, or an online store if you're local craft store doesn't carry it.
