this year i decided to join the yearbook committee and the chosen theme is urban/ city life graffit... any tips on how we could in corperate this in to our book

Try a city scene on the front cover right. Then you can do people's names for staff and students done in grafitti, probably something done in your school colors if they look decent enough. Have it look trashy and filthy because face it, that's how real cities are. You could also put your mascot in some hip hop clothes on the front cover.
