Alright; for all you artists out there: go see "The Good Sheperd" -- I was totally blown away by it-- the advertisements don't do it justice. It's a movie for artists. The cinematography was fantastic, I was so inspired by many of the scenes and the way they portrayed the scenery and the characters. There's not tons of action and it can be quiet confusing at times, but for the active mind its definetly a good movie. I rate this a good 3 and half stars.
As for ROCKY, I saw it with my Dad. -- And i'll tell you right now, that's probably a pre-requist for the movie. It is a son and dad movie-- that's where the main focus is on. And aside from that-- it's probably everything you expect it to be. An aging man trying to fight the stereotype of growing old. I rate it a good 2 and half stars. |

Rocky sounds interesting. Supposedly it's the best of the series.

Just saw Rocky. Pretty okay movie, nothing radically different from the rest, an average underdog movie...
Still waiting to see the Sheperd one. |

We are going to see Rocky this weekend at the movies. Myself and my 13 year old son! He has seen all the others and cannot wait to see this one. He couldn't believe it when I told him Stallone turned 60 this year.
