What do you guys think is the easiest way to match skin tones adding body parts and such from different people?

Really depends on the quality of the two images, but I would first suggest the match color command that I went over in one of the tutorials.
Secons you could try any of these until the desired effect is matched: - hue and saturation - selective color - color balance - levels or curves |

yeah thats what im using now and its workin just checkin if there is an easier or faster way thanks man and i did like the tutorial on match color

Not really, this is a technique that usually requires more persistance than knowledge so just percivere and you'll manage.

In face swaps I like to use a low opacity brush to let some of the background face show through, makes it much easier to match the colors and levels etc.
