Quick question do you know how to set it up so that when im trying to fill a selected area that it wont feather outside the lines right now it takes a couple fills to make the fill truly black and it goes outside the lines if that makes sense

It must be your selection method rather than the filling (as Edit > Fill will fill your selection completly)
How are you outlining the area you want to fill? |
