okay, i'm not sure how to explain this ... but i'm going to try to explain it so you guys can understand and help me out here ...

i made a vector image, and i want to put this in flash, with a color picker so YOU (the general public) can pick the background color of the vector image, i think i have a general idea of how to go about this, but i'm not exactly sure, can someone help me find the tutorial for this?!
