Hey, I am currently going into grade 10, only a week away and I am taking photography in semester 2 and I think class 1 or 2. There is a $50 fee to cover the class and it is a easy credit at my high school! I was wondering if anyone is taking or already took a photography class, what is it like? Is the work hard? I know this changes from school to school but I just signed up for it for some experience and because my friends are in it. I don't even know exactly what we are doing. I think we take pictures for the yearbook and stuff but I believe in the class there is a section on the course where it is about taking the camera apart and fixing it.

I am very excited for this class! I would like to share information with someone else that is taking or will be taking this class too!

Let me know,
Regards,
Brendah

I just finished high school and I took photography for 3 years straight, I loved the course and it taught me so much! I plan to be a professional photographer when I get my degree in photography. I have high goals to achieve for my future!

I just finished my grade 10 Photography! It is a very hard course, at least here it is. They take photography and film/video very serious here! We had to do a professional photo lab and everything, we learned how to develop the photos and all! Very fun though, but needs hard work to pass!

That is an easy class here too I really wanted to take it but my mother wouldn't let me because she said " WHY SHOULD WE JUST PAY $50 FOR YOU TO GET A FREE CREDIT WHILE YOU CAN GET OFF YOUR @55 AND WORK FOR IT!"

I am excited too! I am taking photography semester 1 , 3rd period...switch though. I can't wait to start! I heard the first month is all paper work so I am dissappointed but can't wait for the more advanced stuff! I hope it isn't too hard of a class :S

I have taken a photography course and found it to be interesting and fun. I think that you can learn a lot if you pay attention. Do not be afraid to ask questions as you will be able to learn not only from the instructor but also from the others in the class.
