Okay maybe I'm just dumb... but I just got CS3 and I can't find the Pantone swatch libraries anywhere! I searched Adobe Help, did a google search, and browsed through Pantone.com... am I missing something? Did they remove the Pantone libraries all together in favor of their new Kuler color systems? Ugh I'm in graphic design hell!

I don't know about CS3, but if the swatch library was omitted that's not cool!

Go to Window>Swatch Libraries>Color Books (or perhaps View>Swatch Libraries>Color Books...not on the computer with Illustrator and I don't remember)

The "Color Books" label is different than past versions...it tricked me as well.
