Munich when it comes out I'd say, I didn't think Underworld : Evolution was anything special, but if thats your sort of thing then maybe...

Just Friends if you like funny romance, Battlestar Galactica (miniseries) if you like scifi and live under a rock (haven't seen or heard of it already). Also the emmy-nominated "the 4400" is worth watching.
