The only information on the painting is:

"V.Bacsereav pinxit 1883"

Its a beautiful painting of a Spanish Queen and her subjects,and the background is a Turkish king and his subjects ( i think) i am not sure you have to look closely to see that.Pepole just love it when they see it!

Its in a good shape.needs some cleaning and some touch up.
what do i have to do to have value the painting for me?

Are you sure of the spelling? Because I can find absolutely no information online about "V. Bacsereav" or "Bacsereau", the one variation I tried.

Anyway, all I can tell you is that "pinxit" mean "painted". As in "V. Bacsereav painted this 1883".

If you think this painting is worth anything, you should have it appraised before you even THINK of doing any "cleaning" or "touch up" to this piece. Don't do any more than simple dusting at this point.
