Like, how do I make a small caveman out of supplies around the house? It's for a social studies project.

This is really weird, but the first idea that I thought of when you said "around the house" is cooking. I wonder if you could make a caveman cookie. That would be different, I'm sure. Probably not what the project calls for.
Sticking with the kitchen, aluminum foil, when you crumple it just right, can be used to kind of "sculpt" figures. You might use a whole roll of it just to get a good 10" figure, but that would be fun, to me. |

how about putting a little loin cloth on a toilet paper roll, throw on some hair, make a club out of a pipe cleaner and glue it to the tp roll. voila
