The Bayeux Tapestry is on permanent exhibit in the town of Bayeux in Normandy, France, in the Musée de la Tapisserie de Bayeux. Address: 13 rue de Nesmond Bayeux. It is kept in a dark room with special lighting behind sealed glass in order to minimize damage from light and air.
