I have bought packs of foam die cutt letters but they never ever portion them correclty. They put no were near enought values in the letters A, E, I, O and U. Your bound to use these more.

Wal-Mart. I've seen such things there in the past. But I think it was just a big assorted tub of them so you'd probably find the same problem again.
