No website has all of any artists' work. It prevents criminals from downloading all of an artist's, then selling it for profit. So to find many, but still not all, of Degas' work, go to the library, and pick up a few books on him. If you are in college, the college library will have a good selection. Your local city library may have some good ones, too. If you are not in college yet, you can look up the books in the college library, but you just can't take them home.

There are 100s of examples of his work at this website http://www.expo-degas.com/ press on themes to choose what you want
As regards sales of his work if you are willing to pay 69 euro (I think that's the price) then you can get full details of purchases - and if you have a piece - an estimate. Go to http://web.artprice.com/estimate/create.aspx?idarti=ODAxMjkyNDkwMTkyMjQ=&details=on
