Hello all
I have a Myspace resource site and would like to be able to create my own glitter graphics for it. I have a number of packages that I can use - Paintshop Pro, Macromedia Fireworks, Photoshop and also Animation Shop. Can anyone recommend any good tutorials? I deally I would like to me able to add glitter to simple images or create glitterized words. Thanks |

I think I saw a commercial PHP script on the net that creates these on the fly so users can have their own customized glitters.
For a photoshop tutorial, here's one: my-photoshop.com/bydesign/glitter-text/glitter-text.html The result is pretty mediocre, but it serves a purpose i guess

I have a similar generator to that on my site - all coded in php, but I fancied doing some customised glitters myself. What I have managed to do is something with frames and then rolling it all together as an animated effect. It is not too bad - I think I just need to practice or change the speed of the animation. |
