Does corel have ''trace'' like illustrator and where is it ? Or how do I do it in corel ?

Of course it does. It depends of course on the version of the program that you're using. Corel 9-12 have a separate application called Corel Trace which is available in the CorelDraw program folder and CorelDraw x3 has a feature very similar to LiveTrace now which you can access in bitmap/trace bitmap.
