Which one will give you cooler photo effects?
Like cool fonts, paint tools, ect.

I was just given Photoshop Effects, but I don't think
it has PictureTubes, or paint brushes.

Can someone please recommend one to me? I'm more
interested in cool effects, and makeovers.(tanning, whitening
teeth, ect.)

Try PhotoImpact 12, I've got it and it's great!

I'm not an expert on both of them, but Photoshop is extremely highly recommended by the "people who know".

Hi Marisa! I use Paint Shop Pro and love it. It does come with its own tubes plus there are tons of websites that allow you to download more for free. The software program can do just about anything you want or can imagine. It takes lots of practice and reading tho to learn it. On the net you can find a lot of tutorials too on how to make different things and how to use all the tools psp comes with. I found that Amazon.com has the best price on Paint Shop Pro. You can also go to jasc.com and get a free trial. But again its hard to really take full advantage of the free trial because you have to learn how to use it first. Trust me tho when I tell you it's a awesome program and worth every penny!! Good luck!!

Oh and I almost forgot, you can download as many fonts as you want to Paint Shop Pro also. It does come with some of its own Byeeeee

Definitely Photoshop. It is an industry standard so you can be garunteed compatability. It also provides limitless changes to a photo. You really can do everything with Adobe Photoshop. And if you have the budget, go for Adobe® Photoshop® CS2® OR CS3®. Then there really will be no stopping to the opportunities.
