A litho is a type of print. Prints are created in one of three ways: printing from a surface (litho, relief, rubbing), printing through a surface (silkscreen, stencil, photograph) printing from below the surface (intaligo: etching, engraving) or a combination of these (collagraph).
All other things being equal, same edition size, number of colors/plates, size, paper and artist. Any print where the artist created the matrix by hand is worth more than a print that is photographiclly or digitally reproduced. Then a print that is printed in a traditional manner is worth more than one that is mechanically reproduced.
Neither is worth much. You would be lucky if it were only worth the money you paid for it. Buy what you like, but if your a real colector, it should be original art that hopefully will increase in value as time goes by; but your main concern should be: Do I like it well enough to hang it? Prints and Lithos except for what we call “furniture art” is usually not collectable. Buy original art signed by the artist.
