When setting your paragraph settings (InDesign, but I’m sure Quark, Freehand etc counts too), isn’t presumptuous to some point? Obviously your layout will have to be well planned to do this. I’ve read the typeface articles on what works and they’re great. But does this always apply when setting your paragraphs in a laoyut program? What works, and how should one go about making it flow really nicley – regarless of the amount of pages.
