The full version of Photoshop starts at $650.00, but there's a version called Adobe Photoshop Elements, which is a scaled down version, that's available for less than $100.00.
You can also try some open source, free image editing programs like Gimp, Photofiltre, Paint.net, Irfanview or Picasa to see if they meet your needs. |
