i want a photoshop
with a Tool to Make objects look smaller or Bigger! [Like a cosmetic Surgery way] Ive downloaded the cosmetic Surgery photoshop Program but then after you do it it sayz you have to pay for your Image you just edited and ive asked this before and i only answers i got were GiMP But i have gimp and i dont see the tool to do this! |

That is tough, it is another way of extracting money from it's users, so you'll need to find away a round gimp to do what you want, download gimps tutorials

You don't realy need any cosmetic surgery program for photoshop, mere photoshop is enough, but it takes a little more skill and patience.
The tools you would want to use are: Liquify, selection tools and resize. |
