I have a Samsung Syncmaster 1100 DF and im just wondering if theres a way to calibrate monitor display or any program which helps you do that.?
Why are there R G B pins in the back of the monitor?
On some monitors i see a clearer image then on my own...

It probably came with (or you can download) some application which will allow you to set up the colour balance and the rest of the controls.

Alternatively, look on google for some Monitor Calibration software.

You will actually need hardware to do this, not just software. There are several very good packages around and just about every color calibration company now has one for sale, Gretag-Macbeth, Colorvision, Pantone, the list goes on.

I suggest spending some money on that since it's achieving really good results.
