Pretty interesting concept of the design, but I’m a bit put off by some css flaws that I’m seeing (I’m Using Opera 8.02 on XP SP2), namely some tiling issues and such, but no biggie.
Basically the first thing i would fix is the fact that the tiling background has the same line as the “ribbon”. By moving it lower or higher would fix a lot.

very nice, i like the layout.
only 2 compllaints
1. in the forums, its difficult to decipher where each post begins and ends. using some sort of border or alternating cell colors would make it alot easier to browse
2. you are still using the default ldu gear-shaped favicon.

Yeah, I was gonna change it, but I can’t think of any icons that would really work. So, if you wanna make one that looks cool that’d be awesome.
I will also work on the forums.
