My fiance loves wood burning, and his 24th birthday is this coming Sunday...he JUST told me that he really wants one of those really like high tech wood burners..i guess they are expensive? it doesn't really matter how much they are but I HAVE NO IDEA where to find something like that!!! if anyone could help that would be amazing and very much appreciated! thank you!!

The first place to look is your local hardware store. They're a good bet because they'll also have the wood and fire lighters etc that you'll need to use inside the wood stove.
And if its a chainstore, they are likely to have a fairly large selection to choose from, from the very expensive all the way down! |

I can't advise where to buy, moreover because I'm in Lisbon :-) But I'd like to give an advise : cheap often comes expensive, so make sure that you buy something that can be trusted. Doesn't have to be a state of the art, but by from a trusted brand since those kind of products, if not well built, can be really d angerous, I guess. Thinks related to electricity, gas and so on should always be of guaranteed quality. Life's more important than money. However, I do think that if you have to make a too much extra effort to buy one of those, then he doesn't have the right to demand that from you. What's important is that you give him something with love, not how much material value it's worth.
