well help would be apprecaited. the files used to open in illustartor cs but everytime i open dwg or dfx files in illustartor cs2 a message keeps coming on ssaying its a wrong format....and als when i save a files or export from illustrator i cant save it as dfx or dwg files. well please help. thanks

The dfx and dwg files belong to autocad. To open these files you would probably need one of the autocad setup on your pc. To open these files in adobe illustratror import the files that illustrator can accept and that autocad supports. Or else the other alternative method is using the print screen. Rather than installing autocad you can also use dfx viewer or dwg viewer can also be viewed.
