How can I convert fla files to illustrator eps 8.0 format without any quality or color loss?

Go to export in freehand and save it as an .eps file, then open it in illustrator and save it as an .ai file

Howdy,
I used to stumble my way designing stuff with Illustrator a while back. I got a lot of help from the Yahoo Illustrator group. You might pay ’em a visit.
