Probably the newer ones? I’m not sure if you want to purchase this to your child, especially if he’s underage. Entensive violence had it R rated.

Yeah, I doubt you’d want to buy it for your child. There’s violence, there’s much swearing (in San Andreas, there’s tons of f-words), and it’s just wholly inappropriate for kids.

I agree with the others, i don’t think that this is a game to buy to you child. lots and lots of swaering, drugs killing and porn><… but it’s still a great game:D

Make sure you get the PS2 san andreas and not the computer game haha ….just a bit of advice

How old is the kid?
Grand theft auto, is for 18+ I think.
I’ve played it when it was in 2d, and the 3d ones on playstation 2 (GTA:3, GTA:Vice City, GTA:San Andreas).
Its a great game, just plain killing people without regard. But its not really for kids, also depends on if the kid is mature enough to handle it.
If you do decide to get it, keep an eye on him incase he gets addicted to it, or starts taking it seriously or something.
Just my 2 cents.

My son is 14 and he’s had an opportunity to play it,not with my approval though.
He found it funny in a sick way….a way I DIDN’T find funny at all.
It deserves to be rated as an adult game.
(and I played Wolfenstein and MOH for many a year,so I LIKE fps!)
